Caramelised Mint Chicken

- Jinadu's Caramelised Mint marinade
- Place each chicken breast on a board, cover with cling filmand flatten the fattest part of the breast with a rolling pin so that it is aneven thickness. Re
- Remove the cling film and cover evenly with Jinadu’sCaramelised Mint marinade. Heat up a splash of oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add the chicken breasts, cooking for around 3 minutes or until brown.
- Turn the chicken breasts over, cover the pan with a lid and cook for a further 7-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving with an extra drizzle of Caramelised Mint marinade.
