Caramelised Mint Lamb
- Lamb rib chops
- Jinadu's Caramelised Mint marinade
- Mint to garnish
- Heat a splash of oil in a cast iron skillet pan.
- Rub the lambchops with some salt and generous amounts of Jinadu's Caramelised Mint marinade and add them to the hot pan, heating for around 3minutes on each side for medium rare.
- Drizzle over a little more Caramelised Mint marinade, garnish with fresh mint and serve with a bowl of basmati rice
