Golden Lamb Chops
- 4 Lamb chops
- Jinadu's Golden Lemon Marinade
- Rub lamb chops with salt and pepper and Jinadu’s GoldenLemon marinade, then allow to sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat 2tbsp of oil or butter in a skillet pan over a medium high heat, then add the lamb chops and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side (depending on how thick your lamb chops are, this could take longer), or until a rich brown crust forms.
- Serve, and drizzle with extra golden lemon marinade or a dash of Serengeti. Serves 2 people.
