Golden Lemon Chicken
- 1 Whole spatchcock chicken
- Jinadu's Golden Lemon marinade
- 2-3 Lemons
- Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
- Add the chicken to a roasting tray and rub liberally with Jinadu's Golden Lemon marinade, making sure it is evenly coated.
- Cut the lemons in half and stuff inside and around the chicken. Cook in the oven for around 50 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with roasted baby potatoes and asparagus.
