Golden Lemon Salmon
- 2 Salmon fillets
- Jinadu's Golden Lemon marinade
- Lemon slices
- Rosemary / Thyme optional
- Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
- Rub salmon fillets with Jinadu’s Golden Lemon marinade and place in an oven proof dish. Add a few lemon slices to the top of the salmon and some sprigs of rosemary orthyme if desired. Cook for 10-15 minutes in the oven until the salmon i sopaque.
- Serve with a drizzle of Golden Lemon marinade or a few drops of Serengeti.
