Peanut Peri Wings
- 500 g Chicken wings
- Jinadu's Peanut Peri marinade
- Roasted peanuts
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with liberal amounts ofJinadu’s Peanut Peri marinade until coated evenly. If time allows, put the wings in the fridge to marinade for 2 hours, or up to 24 hours for best results.
- Preheat the oven to 200C and place a wire rack over a lined baking tray. Place the wings on the wire rack and bake for 50-60 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the marinade starts to caramelise and go crispy.
- Sprinkle with crushed roasted peanuts to serve and an extra drizzle of Peanut Peri marinade or Serengeti. Serves 2-3.
