Tomato Mango Wings
- 500 g Chicken wings
- Jinadu's Mango marinade
- Sour cream
- Lime wedges
- Spring onions to garnish
- Add the chicken wings to a large bowl and mix with liberal amounts of Jinadu's Tomato Mango marinade until coated evenly.
- Put the wings in the fridge to marinade for 2 hours, or up to 24 hours for best results.
- Preheat the oven to 200C and place a wire rack over a lined baking tray. Place the wings on the wire rack and bake for 50-60minutes, flipping halfway through, until the marinade starts to turn brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with spring onions and serve with lime wedges and a bowl of sour cream for dipping. Serves 2-3 people.
